Subscription Terms

Relationship offers a Free plan and a Premium plan. The features included in each are listed on our Pricing page.

Billing is handled securely by our payment provider, Base44 Payments. When you upgrade, you choose a billing period and authorize the charge at checkout.

Where applicable, paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can see your plan and manage renewal from your account.

You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.

After cancellation, your account returns to the Free plan at the end of the current billing period. Your data is not deleted by cancellation.

Refund eligibility depends on the terms presented at checkout and applicable law. If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us.

If pricing changes, we will communicate it clearly. Changes generally apply to future billing periods, not the current one.

If a payment fails, we may retry. If it cannot be completed, access to Premium features may be paused until payment is resolved.

Applicable taxes are added at checkout where required.
