What is Relationship?

Relationship helps couples build stronger bonds with shared profiles, memberships, comments, subscriptions, and tools for connection and growth across 25 pages.

What is Relationship?

Relationship is a private digital space designed to help couples communicate, organize shared information, reflect, plan, and stay connected.

Can I use Relationship for free?

Yes. The Free plan includes partner connection and sync, daily connection prompts, basic check-ins and mood tracking, a daily affirmation, basic personality and compatibility, a 30-day reflection history, a 7-day basic activity history, the basic Love Vault, basic Cheer Gifts, up to 3 active shared goals, up to 10 active wishlist items, and birthday and anniversary reminders. No credit card is required to start.

Premium is $9.99 per month or $59.99 per year (about $5 per month, billed annually). The yearly plan is the best value. There is no Lifetime plan.

Do both partners need Premium?

Premium applies to the subscribing account. Each partner who wants Premium features subscribes from their own account. Shared features a Premium partner creates (such as shared goals or wishlist items over the Free limits) remain visible to the linked partner; the partner simply cannot create new Premium-gated items from a Free account.

What happens if I cancel Premium?

Your account returns to Free at the end of your paid period. We do not delete your reflections, goals, wishlist items, memories, or other content when you downgrade. Free creation limits then apply to new items, and Premium-only views (such as full history, insights, and reports) become locked. If you resubscribe, all of your eligible content becomes accessible again.

Is my relationship information private?

Couple information is only accessible to you and your linked partner through the app, enforced by row-level security on every record. It is not publicly visible and we do not sell your data. Private reflections and private Spec Sheet fields stay private to their owner. See our Privacy Policy for the full details.

Do both partners need accounts?

Each partner uses their own account. You invite your partner from within the app, and once they accept, your shared space is connected. Each person controls their own account and data.

How do I invite my partner?

Open the Partner section in the app and create an invitation. Share the invite code with your partner, who enters it from their own account to link the two of you.

Is Relationship therapy?

No. Relationship is not therapy, counseling, or a substitute for professional support. It does not diagnose relationship problems or mental-health conditions.

What are Relationship insights and reports?

They are informational views that organize the activity and check-ins you have entered — for example, how consistently you have checked in. They use supportive language and never claim a relationship is "failing." They are not clinical evaluations.

What is the personality feature?

It provides informational personality-style insights to explore preferences and conversation topics. It is not a psychological diagnosis or scientific assessment.

Can I delete my account?

Yes. You can delete your account at any time from in-app Settings. See our Delete Account page for what is removed.

How do subscriptions and cancellation work?

See our Pricing and Subscription Terms pages for plans, billing, and renewal details. You can cancel a recurring subscription at any time; canceling stops future renewals but does not refund the current paid period.

How do I contact support?

Visit our Support center, or use the Contact page to send us a message.

What is a relationship app?

A relationship app is a tool that helps two people organize, communicate about, and reflect on their relationship in one shared place. Relationship brings prompts, check-ins, goals, memories, milestones, and insights together for both partners to use.

Can I use Relationship in a new relationship?

Yes. Relationship does not assume you are married. You can set your stage to Single, Talking, or Official, and the app highlights the milestones and dates that match where you are. It works for people who just started dating as well as long-term couples.

Can I use Relationship while we are still talking?

Yes. Set your stage to "Talking" and Relationship adapts — for example, it uses a "Talking Anniversary" based on when that stage began, and lets you track early milestones like your first date or first meeting without requiring a formal start date.

Can I use Relationship without connecting a partner?

Yes. You can create an account and use reflections, mood tracking, personality, and your Spec Sheet on your own. Partner-shared features become available once you invite someone and they accept.

What is a partner code / invite code?

When you invite your partner, Relationship generates a short, private invite code. Share it with your partner, who enters it from their own account to link the two of you. The code is single-use and expires for security.

Can Relationship track relationship milestones?

Yes. Relationship tracks dates like your first meeting, first date, first kiss, first "I love you," moving in, engagement, and wedding, plus birthdays and anniversaries. You get countdowns and reminders, and Premium adds enhanced milestone tracking and celebrations.

Can my partner see everything I enter?

No. You control what is shared. Private reflections stay private to you, and you choose which Spec Sheet fields are shared with your partner. Shared features like love notes, shared goals, and the message board are visible to both of you by design.

Does Relationship work on iPhone or Android?

Relationship is a web app, so it works in your browser on iPhone, Android, and desktop. You can add it to your iPhone Home Screen or Android home screen for an app-like experience, and it is designed to work well on mobile.

Does Relationship replace couples therapy?

No. Relationship is an organizational and reflection tool, not therapy, counseling, or a substitute for professional support. It does not diagnose relationship problems or mental-health conditions. If you are facing serious challenges, a qualified professional can help.
